I have this exact eye area with better eyebrows. The end of the lower eyelid is kind of drooping compared to the inner part. I think canthoplasty can fix that, do you know anything about that or agree?

I think you have smth like this, if so then you eye area is good, maybe canthoplasty can ascend you even better, research on it I also thinking about canthoplasty.

after comparing some pics of top tier eye areas wih these, i realized the cause are curved (especially at the end) upper eyelids

this is a good comparison. barrett and dellisola have relatively straight upper eyelids, while bateman has curved upper eyelids.
positive hooding can help to hide it. a negative hooding has a smilar effect, giving a lonely aspie stare
