Like Ik it seems irrelevant but I think having an ergonomic chair really matters, thus my chair is fucking old and crappy as fuckj it rapes my back

I need one around for 250 to 300 bucks, I'm decently tall tbh

Which have you used and which would u recommend?

I have to posturemaxx ngl

This question is made for me. As someone who spends a lot of time sitting. I have developed back pain over the years of spending a large part of my day sitting on my chair to study and do any work. I have always been active, go to the gym, morning runs but still had back pain.

I highly recommend spending more money and buying a proper herman and miller or steel case chairs. Gaming chairs are trash I've tried them all. Even used ones can serve you well for years yes they are ridiculously expensive but would you have this or a spine surgery for thousands more. When your spending so much of your time on your chair it will pay for itself. I have a steel case office chair i bought 2 years ago and I haven't looked back ever since. Spine problems all gone. Also try to buy an height adjustable desk to work while standing and try move after every 15-20 minutes. I would post pictures of my desk but rn I'm on my bed and typing this from my thumbs but atleast for me it was worth it.

Bro herman miller is expensive asf, I found an old 2nd hand one for around 300$ but I'm not sure about it also It doesn't have a headrest

I'll get the adjustable desk eventually, for now I can't tho but I bought something so like it would extend my desk more like a laptop stand which Is kinda unconvenient ngl

If you buy something cheaper just ensure it has proper lumbar support. Ideally adjustable in both height and depth. This and seat depth. 2-3 finger gap between seat edge and back of your knees. Neck and back rest isn't too important unless you learn back often.
