I’m aware my nose straightening made a big difference, but I’m trying to understand what other changes improved my appearance.
Is it facial structure, skin, posture, or something else?

Not much changed bonewise, but ur looking way better, that facial hair was horrible. I think your nose job heavily improved your harmony, maybe in philipines youre HTN. now im europe were i live you'll be a MTN
