As blue is recessive to green, she ends up with green looking eyes. This claim is false, since there are many examples where ethnic + blue eyed white gives a blue eyed child. And btw, ethnic = non white, so my mom IS ethnic. Ethnic means you're not 100% white.
If your mom is dominant hetorozygot that means blue and brown eyes are 50%. But if she is homozygot dominats its 25% so even 25 % you can still get 4 blue eyed kid and brown eyed

Furthermore my equation referred to a full ethnic and the equation AFTER that referred to the half-ethnic that would be produced produced by mixing an ethnic with a white. You're just arguing over arbitrary definitions like some five-year-old when I'd already made the distinction between full and half-ethnics.
