Hi, I am LTN, sub5, greycel, and a loser. I want to rock a 'pretty boy' look with the sub-archetype 'Prince.'
You can see my measurements below, the implication is that I need to do the following: Custom LeFort 1/2 and BSSO, then Mandible Angle Reduction and T-Osteotomy, then Zygoma Reduction, Rhinoseptoplasty, Upper Lip Lift, Facial Fat Grafting, and Skin Resurfacing. I have midfacial hypoplasia diagnosed by the doctor, and he said that I can actually do a LeFort 2 + BSSO, so that is not a problem. Could you guys tell me if it’s even possible with those ratios? I understand that it’s easier to 'ropemax' and reincarnate, but still, this is now the goal of my life.
