I've got same dark circles but not the bags
Thought Lefort I could help, otherwise many use fillers. fat grafting doesnt end well quiet often on the long term, unfortunately

i can hide the discolouration near the nose canthus with makeup but the rest of the eyebag is just shadow caused by lack of volume? Also what would Lefort 1 do wouldn’t that be too much considering the rest of my bone are fine

I have recessed jaw but not maxilla, so thank now i know i gotta find a better solutions
I looked for fat graft but as said many end up aneven couse basically that fat does not receive blood flow its gonna die that tissue in some years so thats gonna fuck up everything and do a mess. Go look for it
I dont like the idea of getting implants but it others found a proper improvemnt in aye area then its high ROI

Thanks man , even my maxilla being ok my infras still lack volume idk if it’s a bone issue on a fat deposit issue but either way implants should fix it because the darkness is caused mostly by shadow. but the tear through or whatever it’s called next to the nose Thats rlly dark is caused by low fat so maybe grafting would fix that

that tear is horrible and if i touch it i can feel straight my bone
No fat there, just the thinniest skin u can immagine and u can see the red vassels basically
Again inform yourself about risks of fat grafting, an reabsorbable hyaluronic acid filler, performed by an expert, could be much better
Ill search of implants if they truly can solve this shit
