What could be a fix for mid-high set eyebrows, eyes looking small and off due to a big head?

You don't got small eyes, your just fat. For the eyebrows you can trim them to size(or use a serum). I've got a big head so I just fraud with hair

Bro your eyes are good? You just need more contrast. Dye eybrows 2 shades darker than your hair and lashes black. If your not satisfied then you can consider surgery and what not.

When i dye my eyebrows they look off i feel, i can show u a picture

Yeah, your probaly dyning them to dark. Since you not ethnic you shoudnt dye the black, but rather 2-3 shades darker than your hair, and eylashes black(or just darker)
