1x plank ~5 min
2x side plank- 2 min
1x hollow body hold- 1:30
120 russian twists
30 45 sec bicycle crunch
30 leg raises
45 sec flutter kicks

35 pushups at the end to get a lil pump


Im seeing some results but I need feedback
