First of all you shouldnt be worrying about looks just max out on sleep and all that shit that influences you to grow
youll eventually look abit better cause your hormones are at peak rn so doing anything like mewing thumpulling etc is cope just loose some weight and be healthy

i cant lose or gain weight no matter what bro im hardstuck 60.00kg for months now, i tried to both bulk and starve and it dont work

ive been struggling to pick up weight but loosing weight cannot just not work if im completely honest i dont think you track your calories number 1. You dont get enough sunlight your pale and your eyes are pretty droopy so i recommend getting of org getting sunshine, cardio and less screen time i promise youll acsend

trust me bro i went as low as 700-1000 calories per day for 2 months and couldnt lose weight

well i guess my body just fucking ignores the principles of thermodynamics cuz i was counting my calories for 2 months in summer, i always had 700-1500, starting out i had 60kg and finishing i had 59.5kg:lul:

unironically ask a doctor, cause this sounds really weird. do you move extremely little when trying to lose weight or very much when trying to gain? it wouldn't make it less weird but can make a very lil influence

when i tried to loose i did just soccer 2 times a week, but when i tried to bulk like 8 months ago i did boxing and basketball
