You need bleaching agent on your teeth the best one for teeth is hydrogen peroxide

So you need teeth strips or gels that have hydrogen peroxide in it

The higher concentration of the hydrogen peroxide the better

You can also use carbamide peroxide which just turn into hydrogen peroxide in your mouth

If it's perfectly molded don't use it cause the gel will just get squeezed out if it plus you don't know how will the material react with the bleaching agents

I would suggest buying the whitening kit from amazon or ebay it's not really rocket science you can literally find it in any pharmacy

You can get gel or strips it doesn't matter as long as the concentration is good

Just brush your teeth after drinking things that stain them like tea, coffee etc
