What about Great Britain? Are they subhumans?
 
Can't narrow it down to just one specific country, but overall it's probably the Scandinavian countries. Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland. Also, Italy, and Germany. Germany in particular because lots of immigrants from other Western Euro countries like Spain, Portugal, Switzerland immigrate there for work.

The British phenotype is a mixture and the looks vary too much. But if we're just talking about modern Britain in general, then I would say there's probably tons of moggers there because so many people from all over Europe flock to the UK. What would bring it down is the unhealthy diet and local British food that leads to obesity.

Probably Scotland and next would be Ireland. England more natively has a more diverse mix of phenos than either of the former countries, and also has MANY more immigrants from mainland Europe as well.

Scotland and Ireland has so many Ginger men, and most are subhuman.
