There is always no sunlight over here. 9/10 its cloudy and it's only sunny for a bit at sunrise. Do you absorb your required vit D even if it's cloudy?

It needs to be direct sunlight on your face, back and arms, none of that indirectly sunlight BS, you need to receive sun exposure directly from the source.
