every other day or every 3 days, double shampoo then conditioner, use native or based bodyworks, (any natural brand)

I shampoo like once a month, I'm not sure if that'll help you.
Just wash throughly with water everyday, and condition once a week.

I have based, wouldnt double shampoo every 3 days kinda hurt my hair?
well double shampooing is good for your hair to completely clean it lol, like when your showering you shampoo it once, fully rinse it out, shampoo it again, and then condition it, i thought the same but so far its helped

yeah, every 3 days isn't soon though, anymore you would probably get dandruff from sweat build up

Alright, thanks a lot, I just got based and I’m trying to finally fix my hair 😭
lol dw about it, also experiment with my advice as i have curly hair so if your hair still gets oily you might need to shampoo and condition more and if it gets dry then shampoo and conditioner less, just space it out and see what works for you.
