What decreases PFL?

I used to have a higher PFL, but now I don’t. I know weight gain can change it but what else? I need to get my higher PFL back.

PFL does change due to aging actually. Perceived PFL would also change due to negative hooding.

OP @markisejei has your lateral canthus become less taut?
Have you seen other signs of aging on face, perhaps periorbital region?
I've come across a potential gold mine for this
