What diagnosis would you give this?

My barber fucked my beard a bit up. He gave me a beard fade, but it wasn’t perfectly symetrical on both sides.

He did the fade too low on my beard and my ramus and gonial angle looked worse.
I had a mental breakdown, cried and didn’t leave my house for 5 days. Canceled plans, worked out at home etc.
I was considering suicide. I hated how it looked.

I don’t want to tell this to my psychologist, because he will probably give me pills or something.

How do I prevent this from happening in the future? Why do I react like this? Fuck man it is so brutal.

I’m not diagnosed with anything, but this can’t be normal.

Yeah I have all the symptoms. Probably schizophrenia too.
Mental health disorders are common in my family, on both my moms and dads side.

I have this diagnosed by a therapist. I used to be like this, extreme worrying of other people’s opinion and when my haircut wasn’t good, it was the end of the world, when I didn’t get the treatment I expected or thought I deserve i broke inside…

But I learned to live with it, you can overcome everything with training, but the problem is, you have to be lucky with your therapist, some are helpful, while some are idiots, mine was helpful
