but he definitely did something to his buccal fat and skin glow

he might have done buccal fat removal , tan, probably roids and of course haircut

i saw less professional pictures of him on instagram and he still looks way better than his before version

You are right about the car picture not measuring up to his other after photos. The face is definitely leaner though even though its a normal unfrauded picture. Some nose work is also possible.

it can't be natural weightloss because he was already lean before

he didn't do any bimax / jaw surgery because i saw a side profile pic from before and he has the same forward growth

He didn't get bimax jfl. Bimax is a 2 year commitment of braces + swelling. Mfers really act like you can go get bimax and come back a week later.

Odds are he just lost fatpads as he aged like everyone does and it improved his looks + started tanning and taking gym seriously. His bones are already good.
