Ive seen many people saying "Dont extract" but they never put info. So its annoying im js tryna ascend brah. Lmk fellow rotters lol. My current assumption is that is narrows your airways and makes your jaw more narrow. If im wrong lmk and if u know more info please tell me. Thanks
