what do do for undereye support and procedures for itachi lines?

i have recessed infras and recessed upper maxilla and made the misake of putting minoxidil on my eyebrows anyway my under eye support was shit be4 now its worse how can i get rid of these lines under my eyes? i dont wanna get fat grafts and i dont wanna do make up.

also i have these itachi lines under my eyes. they dont show up well on camera but i was wandering if u can get it fixxed with like lazer or like microneedling or shit i dont wanna get an invasive surgery for it tho

PRP under eye injection. This actually works and is not surgery. Mark me as solution if this helped. Anyone recommending bs creams or whatnot is complete cope, if that was the case than everybody would be fixing there under eyes with cream.
