What do girls mean when they say „I prefer personality over looks”

Before we get into this. This whole story is from my experience and it may not look like this all the time. So first of all, lets imagine that we have chad and Bob. Chad is chadlite while bob is only low mtn, they are both fighting over stacy. When bob asks stacy does she prefer guys with good personality or good looking guys she will always answer „personality is all that matters” Bob is very happy becouse of it as he thinks that all the years of supporting her, and being the nicest guy ever to her, give him a big chance to express his love. Sadly Bob is wrong, Bob doesnt know that girls only see that „good personality” in you only if you are attractive. On the other side Chad is an asshole towards her, he’s manipulative and talks with 10 other girls. But stacy doesnt remember or even think about that, the only thing she remembers about him, will be the moment where they made eye contact or where he decided to write goodnight to her. She will think that chad has much better personality than bob just becouse of his looks. She wont even care or remember about anything that bob did for her. The truth is that „good personality” works only if you are 6 foot and attractive. Sorry for some grammar issues english is not mine first language and thank you for reading it.

Personality matters i think its 50/50 personality and your looks. She wouldn't date a ugly bum who smells asscheeks and she also wouldn't date a guy whos personality is the definition of incel.

When a woman says "I prefer personality over looks", it essentially means "I am mediocre looking and I can only lock down a mediocre looking guy, so I'll just say this crap in order to seem virtuous and noble, even when I've been run through by plenty of Chads already, but of course because of my mediocre face, no Chad is going to ever date me seriously and see me as anything more than a trash can filled with dirty semen".

It's like when a 40 year old balding, ugly, fat, short, wageslaving(for 50k/year pennies), agecuck says "I prefer smart women around my age, I don't like young hot supermodels because they look like kids to me, and I would never date young women". And my answer to those losers is "DAMN RIGHT YOU'D NEVER DATE ONE, YOU SUB-FUCKING-HUMAN FAGGOT!
