What do i buy for my acne and hair?

I really want to fix my acne badly, I mostly get papules and closed comedones (not sure about the closed comedones)
What should i buy to fix it I'm 14 currently and yes I'm trying to better my diet.

And I want to do something with my hair too tbh, i was thinking about a wetlook messy slickback/middlepart.

Accutane for acne, theres alot of fake info on here to scare people and im down to debate anyone who wants to make up fake sides

For hair this is more subjective but i think just a basic tapered textured fringe

the thing is my acne isnt severe enough for the doctor to prescript me accutane, and yh the hair ill probably do something like bojack, so grown out low taper with a textured fringe

You can get accutane easily from china, u can pm me for a source it u want, also i just asked my derm for tane and she gave me it with no issues

literally the only thing that works is accutane. it is a permant solution. one of the only medications in the entirety of medicine which is a full cure.

it can worsen scarring by causing purging, avoid this, begin an oral antibiotic and take it for 3 months the same time you start accutane OR use the antibiotic for 1 month prior to starting accutane (and continue antibiotic for 2 months after, for a total of 3 months).

Then you can either continue a low dose of accutane 20mg EOD/E3D for as long as you wish for other skin benefits and prevention of reoccurance, or you can just leave it and go on accutane cycle again if acne comes back.

see a dermatologist privaetly, usually they are happy to issue if you see them privately vs when they have to follow needlessy stricter guidelines

i meant erythryomycin do not use lymecycline at the same time as accutane
