Like my lower back is almost always a bit sore/achey and compressed, I need to like stretch or hang to decompress it constantly but it will hurt again if I bend it all, it's like I need to constantly keep it straight for it to stay fine. I can literally be standing tall and then sit down with bad posture and stand up and be compressed asf, shrink by a few cm, lower back pain, etc. wtf is wrong with my back

Stop letting a BBC assfuck you.

Do daily stretches

like what part of your lower back

do reverse hyperextensions, they cured a guy who literally broke his back you can do them with a band or even weightless on a desk

i show this to everyone with lower back pain and they all say it worked, let me know as well

You probably need a chiropractor examination.

Have you had pain right where those marks are, like on either sides rather than in the middle? If so, does it ever make you limp or manifest as pain in your glute?

Do you have Lumbago? It's very serious.

Do an x-ray, see if you have proper curvature and whether you might have some hernia. This shit hits very young people too so it's better to find out quick. It will not only give you pain but also might make your frame look worse, and might make it harder to work out at gym (you'll have to let go of some exercises etc). I have very severe back issues and the pain is unbearable sometimes, believe me, you don't want to get to that point
