I've been on 2mg accutane for the past 150 days, and it ends tomorrow. This is my second round of accutane since, about a year and a half ago, I finished my cycle, and my acne came right back. My skin look absolutely perfect, I kept doing good skincare and had a good diet, but the acne returned anyway.

My accutane is gonna end tomorrow, and I really don't want to have the same fate as last time, especially with my graduation coming up in about a month. Does anyone have recommendations for any sort of creams I should be using after I finish an accutane cycle?

Tagging high IQ niggas who might know cuz I need answers asap

your derm probably should've been making you microdose isotret after this cycle, ask him if that's possible

if not, wait a couple of weeks and start using tretinoin 0.05 it's useful for maintenance.

i'd say just hop on topical tret + azelaic acid 20% long-term. it's anti-aging plus boosts your collagen long-term, something accutane doesn't do.

5mg accutane plus 1800 mg liposomal vitamin c is great for anti aging
