What do I do if I lost my trucel status and want it back

Basically I was drinking water, and a girl asks for a sip (it’s one of those squirting Gatorade water bottles) so I give it to her, as soon as I do she deep throats the damn bottle and leaves me disgusted, later that that I forgot that she drank the water like that, so without thinking I drink it too, and now I got a fewer of 102 because I couldn’t handle girl hormones in my mouth
