What do I do to fix everything, pics included

I’m already 20 so way past puberty and can’t change anything naturally. I have - 64 mm ipd - 150mm bizygo - 72 mm pupil to lip (midface) - 32 mm icd (eyes one apart). That means my ratios are 0.425 esr - 0.88 mfr - 1.8 fwhr. only the fwhr is fine but the rest are fucked even tho the esr doesnt look to bad irl. I have a weak lower third, weak mandible, flat maxilla and infras, narrow lips. my only halos are coloring (blue green eyes brown hair pink lips white skin), project and low set browridge, chin projection, lateral zygo projection, and fat cock.
This is a pic of me like 4-5 feet away from the mirror but it doesnt really look like me idk.

The ipd just doesnt look that bad in real photos idk, maybe the mirror pic is still distorted asf. Also this is me frauded at the end
Besides the point, I was thinking I atleast need a ccw bimax+infrazygo implants and a rihno. If im really gonna be low inhib and For the midface ratio and esr I obviously need an obo to fix both and a lf2 for the midface recession but I cant tell if my nasion is recessed or not.

haha yea i was thinking if i really wanted to go that far and fix everything possible I would go for the obo, i probably wont tho since i dont have problems irl, even tho money isnt a problem. what is a genio setback btw

Your nose is not bad enough to merit that.

If it is unsatisfactory after bimax and implants you can get a rhinoplasty to project the nasion and/or alar base.

You don't need big movements on your jaw surgery but consult a surgeon i'm just an online trollop and I dont exist

Yea it isnt bad enough but it could ascend it, either way im forsure getting bimax+implants. Ill cope with fillers for now until i graduate then I can get the surgeries

yea lol I was gonna adress that, by change too much i meant change my actual features, no one is really gonna notice my change in eye spacing the same as if I made my ears and nose much smaller which are genetic traits. but the eye spacing would make my mfr and esr way more harmonious subconsciously.
