what do i do with life anymore

i have maxxed out all my stats. practically done everything in my power to try and ascend to the limits. but then one thing help me back, the fact my zygos arent fucking prominent enough cause of the fat hiding on them. I searched up all these methods and come down to the final conclusion, drugs more specifically meth. I wanted to lose the face fat all this time but then the fat just sat there next to my zygo the sideburn area where that hair is. It's so fucking unreal how i spent all this time just trying to do everything yet this is the thing that is the hardest. does meth work for the facial fat or should i just stop trying and get fillers let me know. and after this what do i do? do i just live my life normally or keep ascending idk where im at anymore

Does lemonbottle work ? I was looking into it for my hyoid and cheek area.

Hyoid is not needed as for cheeks you won't have good hollow cheeks w/ ogee curve unless you have good enough bones.
