Been trying to do no shampoo and conditioner only once a week but my hair looks like shit. Any advice?

how long have you been doing no shampoo for? under two months you need to leave it be with no conditioner if it’s been over two months you need to condition more often or do a rosemary oil cycle.

You would look ogre with supra implants, they're adequately wide and at a good height.
