What do I need to do in order to qualify for disability money?

I have severe anxiety and ultra level autism. I have severe panic attacks whenever I give presentations in college. I get s ared whenever I'm in a room one on one with people. I also have had situations in the past where I've actually shit my pants while driving to work because I've been so stressed about how the day will go.

Has anyone successfully gotten SSI money with autism or anxiety? Especially because I currently make zero money

I’m not making fun dude. Having a job is necessary to avoid homelessness. I don’t have the option to be a NEET. That’s why I’m so worried?
