What do you think about Supra/Infra implants + canthopexy and ptosis repair, would it do the job? cause i feel like fat grafting can cause asymetry and it will fade away no? i have money so its not problem realistically

1. I feel my infras are just recessed, but yea orbital vectors too i assume.
