I know I’m pretty bloated, I’ve been dieting but I’m wondering what I really need to do other than that.

Nice eye area but down grown and shit chin and narrow lower third
 
Mostly meat, fruit, eggs, and carbs like bread or tortillas. Also protein powder if I haven’t eaten enough of it.
 
like others said u need more test maybe since you're still 17 u havent grown into adult/manlier skull or ur fucked. testmaxx with gear or just go natrual gym

I’ve been going to the gym for a while but yeah, definitely started developing test later
