Things I have thought of so far are some sort of jaw advancement like double jaw, lip injections of some sort, implants of fat grafting for under eyes

Also a possible submandibular fat removal and slight buccal fat removal

First, I examined your side profile, and it's not bad. Your maxilla has grown forward, but your lower jaw, or mandible, is slightly recessed. You might consider BSSO surgery for this. Your side profile is not bad.

In the front profile, your lower eyelids look weak from both the side and front. You might consider a fat graft. Additionally, you'll need to work on your chin and jawline, as your chin is underdeveloped and your lower jaw is narrow.
