Just as it sounds. Lately I've seen so many posts of subhuman-late bloomers wishing to kill themselves cuz their looks and cuz they're beyond fucked. But, I'm +MTN in my puberty I want to improve/enhance these looks and even to be able to be +HTN/Chadlite at my 20s (currently 14y), what do I need to do RN for Looksmaximg and what should I focus on so I don't screw my looks in the long-term? I don't want to grow up with bad habits and a diet full of saturated/trans fats and excess sugars a.k.a McDonald's and 10 years later crying here on this Incels' forum because I never did anything about it and I was just coping and LDARing all the time.

I've already made two posts about what I'm going to do in my Looksmaxing Journey but both were mostly copes and I never did, although I plan to write another one with everything I'm going to do without copes and full legit.

Nigga, I'm thankful that I figured this out at my young age and fixed everything that was wrong in my life so I wouldn't be here worrying about which surgeries I should get and which I shouldn't. I've already been lurking a long time on this forum, but recently I opened this account and also shared a bit of my knowledge about Looksmaxing.

What do you think is what I do right now? I also plan to get to work to be more educated in every way and not complicate my life in the future by playing video games + scrolling this forum for hours crying about my subhuman looks and why I didn't discover this before (I already do).

skincare, getting regular sunlight, playing a sport, cardio, lifting weights, loads of water, lose excess fat, dress well, get a haircut, groom

Eat healthy, eats lots of meat and get proper nutrition. You want to be physically active ideally everyday playing high intensity sports like basketball or soccer. Weightlifting is also good but don’t overdo it and go too heavy or you’ll risk damaging growth plates

Limit the time you spend on this forum so you don’t get distracted and procrastinate, only check up on it once a week like on a Saturday where you’ve got nothing to do

My adderall fucked with my sleep and I stayed up until 6 am, I didn’t wake up super late though woke up at 12 studied a bit went out to eat and it’s already 7pm, time passes way too fast if you let it. I didn’t take my MK677(growth hormone secretegogue equivalent to low dose HGH)
so I didn’t get the deep sleep I would normally get

It’ll only happen if you injure yourself lifting, damage to the growth plate will cause it to close. The injury has to be pretty big though so unless you’re lifting way more then you possibly could you should be completely fine.

Something important though is putting your bones under stress to facilitate growth, high intensity sports not only boost your growth hormone levels but the constant tension causes your bones to grow bigger then they would without exercise. That’s why sprinters and runners have elongated feet, and why construction workers have massive hands and wrists. This process is most effective when you’re young because that’s when your bones are most malleable and when your growth hormone levels are at their highest

Lifting within reasonable ranges can only help your growth just don’t attempt one rep maxs that could possibly injure you

it’s not exactly ADHD it’s called Low Latent Inhibition, my brain isn’t able to filter out “useless” information so I’m unable to stop my brain from endlessly processing information. It makes me extremely distractable but it also let’s me pick up on things and make connections where a “normal” person wouldn’t.

I think my life would’ve been a lot easier if my brain wasn’t like this but an easier life isn’t always a more fulfilling one. And I’d rather have a brain that’s hard to work with then be average or below average IQ

My maxilla is doing a ccw rotation rn because of it and thumbpulling, it's not cope especially if you are in puberty.

If you have a tongue tie get it surgically fixed ASAP. You’re in such a good position for looksmaxxing given your age and how intelligent you are.
It’s not even a real surgery they just put local anesthetic and cut the tongue tie you could probably do it at home if you’re retarded enough( don’t do this risk of infection is too high and you might fuck yourself up)

Yes, in fact, I was thinking of submitting to a soccer team to enhance not only my health, but also my game (when I was more younger I played it and I was one of the best in my school, I will have to take it up again). I was motivated to this because yesterday playing fut-tennis my friends told me that if I got into training, I could be very good, so I could give it a try + being a footballer and pretty boy here in my city is literally an infinite-SMV and you get JB-appeal everywhere.

RN I'm undergoing fascia training to develop all of my body's fascia and also improve muscle activation that will skyrocket all of my mewing and gym gains; by becoming more glute dominant, you will inevitably correct posture throughout your entire body as your fascia strengthens and awakens. This will improve the consistency and strength of your mew and allow your bones to reshape and move more easily. The fascia-powered body is different at the cellular level.

Yes, I also believe that the pterygomaxillary sutures can be opened and divided with a surgical drill + local anesthesia which will make the effectiveness of FM even greater, which will induce CCWr.

I was thinking of buying a Forwardontics FM because I can't mew right now because of the tie + I don't think my parents will support me with such surgery.

Tongue tie is for health reasons and it should be covered by your insurance, claim it’s affecting your ability to breath at night and makes it harder to chew food. Don’t assume your parents will always say no, don’t be afraid to tell them just make sure they understand it’s purely for health reasons

It's incredible that I feel the need to write an essay in which I cite studies, science/pseudo-science/bro-science ROFL, physiology, health, etc. to be able to convince them... RN, I only think about telling them (which is true) that the tongue tie is affecting my speech; after a while of talking my diction/speak disappears and/or ppl don't understand anything I'm saying + I can't pronounce the 'R' well and I'm in the belief that this shitty-tissue is ruining all my muscle activation/ posture, TMJ, mental focus/IQ, etc.

mewing , do a lot of cardio , sport , and nose breathe everytime even when doing sport if you can't keep your mouth shut when doing sport just hard mew , it will force you to keep it shut while doing sport , don't think about diet and everything , you are young

Sprints are statistically the best for HGH and test production, but even other sports like basketball are still better than nothing.

No thumbpulling won't work at any age since at 14 your maxillary sutures aren't ossified, this is why RME devices don't work past 17 years olds (and also why you don't have to split the suture before that date), you cannot induce sutural growth without breaking the sutures when they are ossified.

Hgh would increase IGF-1 which would inevitably increase the production of osteoblasts which are the main cells needed for bone growth, so along other techniques it would help with facial growth especially at that age, also bodybuilders who takes HGH along other steroids experience jaw growth even though they experience more a ogre-type of jaw growth than a aesthetic one.

Obviously taking some vitamins won't turn anyone into a chad however it will help with bone growth and increase the efficiency of other methods (like bonesmashing).
Boron helps with bone growth and increase the half-life of vitamin D (which would make k2 more efficient by the way).

I did facepulling, incisor chewing and bonesmashing and achieved bone growth, palatal expansion resulting in an increase in bizygomatic width and IPD (from 66m to 68mm) and a ccw rotation of my maxilla, neither of my maxillary sutures are ossified (this is why they use facepullers without having to break the sutures on young teenagers and achieve huge results).
Obviously except bonesmashing neither of those would've worked or would've took much more time, i also took k2 mk7 and d3, it helped probably but by itself it won't do wonders obviously.
I can back up all of those methods and their efficiency on non-ossified sutures with theoretical evidences.

Unless you have height issues nothing really apart from a healthy whole foods diet, 8-10 hours of sleep, basic skincare and exercise at least 5x per week

Also start excelling yourself academically and have a secure career path that way if you want to undergo surgery you have the most and means to do so in your 20’s
