What do I replace carbs with?

I consume a lot of carbs. When I stop consuming carbs my acne goes away. The problem is when I do this I don't eat enough. What are some easy foods I can eat a lot of to replace shit like bread? Or could the acne come from just grains?

Try to replace grains first

Make the only carbs u consume from fruits, and some potatoes here and there

Nistipata on se mihin kaikki köyhät turvaantuu mutta en tiiä onko kovin looksmäxxerin kaltaista vetää just pelkkä nistipataa 24 7

Replace them with healthy fats (animal fats) if you switch to highfat diet you'll feel so much better mentally

cut the carbs. diet should be 40% protein, 50% fat, 10% carbs roughly. carbs from fruit pre workout. i see no benefit to do any other way.

i change this. forget the percentages since they change based on how many cals u comsume.

hit your protein intake daily
everything else from fat (animal fat, butter etc)
I feel and look better on this

carbs aren't needed, especially in this day and age, where fruit is so altered that its basically the same as a choc bar.
