What do I say to barber when I have an unconventional haircut?

My hair looks like this right now but slightly shorter. It's the only hair length which helps me fraud my shitty skull shape and also hide my subhuman ears at the same time.
Whenever I ask a barber for a slight trim he just goes ahead and gives me a fade while leaving the length on top which makes me look like some tryhard curry faggot.
Long sides and top makes me look more natural but barbercels never listen to what I tell them. They seem to only know how to do the one or two haircuts that normies ask for and that's it. Last time I got a haircut I literally couldn't leave me house for a month.

I have to go again soon because it's starting to look messy and I swear to god if he fucks me up again I will rope fight in front of him.

Can I just ask him to "reverse the last 2 months of hair growth"? Will he know what that means?

They all do that. I tried so many different barbers. I was never once happy with a haircut I got so I just decided to grow it out instead. I still need to go every few months though and the haircut date is approaching
