there was a furosemide use guide on here look for it, i think ur meant to like drink bunch of water before you take it, and when u do just drink a little every now and then so you dont get cotton mouth but thats it

The More You Sweat And Piss The More Electrolytes You’ll Lose And You Don’t Want To Be Deficient In Those
Main Electrolytes You Need Are Sodium, Magnesium, And Potassium
I Think Most Electrolyte Drinks Are Just A Scam Cause Theyre All Basically Sugary Salt Water, That’s Why I Said Just Drink Water With Lemon + Salt
