What do I tell my doctor to get the following values tested? Ideally something that won't get my parents worried asf?

Metabolic & Blood Sugar Tests:
- Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) – Measures average blood sugar over 2-3 months.
- Glucose (Fasting or Random) – Checks current blood sugar levels.
- Insulin – Evaluates insulin resistance or diabetes risk.
Liver Function Tests:
- Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT / ALAT) – Detects liver damage.
- Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST / ASAT) – Assesses liver and heart health.
- Bilirubin (Total and Direct) – Checks liver function and bile processing.
- Albumin – Measures liver and kidney function.
Kidney Function Tests:
- Creatinine – Assesses kidney function.
- Urea (BUN - Blood Urea Nitrogen) – Evaluates kidney health.
- Cystatin C – More precise kidney function marker than creatinine.
Lipid Panel (Cholesterol & Heart Health):
- Total Cholesterol – Measures overall cholesterol.
- LDL (Low-Density Lipoprotein, "bad" cholesterol)
- HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein, "good" cholesterol)
- Triglycerides – Fat levels in the blood.
