what do i tell my orthodontist so they will perform maxillar surgery or surgery on the jaw (as an excuse i know they won't do it for cosmetic reasons)

I've had braces since about 4th grade because i used to have a 12mm overbite. They are the pink ones from the image shown below. Now, i wear standard braces but i'm afraid that they have also retracted my maxilla by a lot considering how recessed i am. I am afraid that the only solution is surgery but let me know if i'm wrong and there's a better option. I have barely started growing a beard as a reference for how far i am into puberty. For extra details: I am 15 years old and live in the Netherlands. My side profile is also shown below, to get a reference on how recessed i am. Thank you for awnsering
