What do people mean by face size? Need help

I saw someone mention chico has a 10 inch face height, do they mean from his eyebrows to bottom of his chin or from his hairline to chin?

I measured my hairline to chin at 10 inches but i have a hard time believing i have chicos skull lol (i'm 6'0 and it would look massive on me)

About 6,5-7 inches from eyebrows to bottom of chin for me, is that big?

doesnt exist either way. 99th percentile for hairline to bottom of chin is 8.5 inches. they were probably referring to chicos skull height. his skull is tall and robust.
