I was thinking that but i dont think infras would help too much if u can see my upper eye lid seems like a bigger issue

Show your eyes from the front, they seem bulgy might be OD case ngl, it could also just be because of your bad browridge and nose bridge/radix though
IMG 0071
I dont think OD case cause when i squintmax eyes look good. Almost like if its from browridge/ brow position

Hard to tell but they defo look bulgy, get a hertel measurement and see

Kind of homo but this is what i mean. When squinting they do not appear bulging? Upper eyelid kind of gets tucked away. Also how to get hertal measurement and what is the ideal

Does not matter if your squinting, its still bulgy regardless and even worse when your not. Go get a thyroid function test and get your thyroid antibodies tested. Also like i said go get a Hertel measurement asap, anything over 20-21mm could indicate graves disease or thyroid eye disease (ofc your bloods and anti bodies will tell you if these are issues). They also could genetically be bulgy but defo something to go get checked out.

hard to tell because your nose and browridge suck ass but you can still see the eye bulging esp the top, this defo could be a OD case

Also are you mixed race? like asian im guessing, nose bridges like that are uncommon in white people

Mestizo, so yes bu not asian at all. The only reason my skin looks white and have light colored eyes is cause i have majority iberian mix.

Also is the thyroid antibodies test just an extra lab panel when i go get my bloodwork? Should i also get my lh and fsh done? I think it may just be be genetically bulgy tho

I won't talk about the eye region as it's already been brought up.

In my opinion, other flaws are :
- the hairline (too high and too concave)
- the nose (too much nostril exposure due to being too upturned)
- the jawline (lack of angularity)
- the mouth (too narrow)

> If [1] you don't suffer from androgenetic alopecia (male pattern baldness), [2] there is no strong family history of hair loss, [3] you're ready to hop on hair loss medication at the first sign of recession/miniaturization, THEN I would advise hairline lowering (sometimes refered to as "forehead reduction") instead of a hair transplant. It would be the superior solution, allowing to retain the original density and angulation, while a hair transplant would be much more hazardous.

> Your nose tip could be (de)rotated in order to reduce nostril exposure.

> You have several options to improve the jawline. Wraparound implant, jaw angle implants + 3D genio, chin wing + implants, etc.
Complementary buccal fat removal might help to achieve a more refined result.

> Nothing you can do about mouth width. On the pic with the cap on, your lower lip droops too much ; the problem doesn't appear on the other front profile pic, so I don't know what's really up.

Morph simulating roughly hairline lowering + orbital decompression + tip plasty + wraparound jaw implant or a similar alternative :

Ill be honest, im not too sure. Just ask the place your getting bloods from.

those dont really matter in your eyes being bulgy, i mean you could but it would not have any impact in why your eyes are like that.

Thank u so much brosquito. I alr knew those flaws but the morphs actually help me see which are biggest roi to improve. The only thing is even in morph my eye area looks droopy. The upper eyelid sitting so low close to the pupil yknow.

I know lh fsh dont matter directly to eye area but like indicators of hpta axis and overall thyroid health etc idk

Just get thyroid tested with antibodies to make sure that autoimmune graves disease is accounted for

Imo its really not worth it for you to commit to a od mainly for cosmetics.
Might be reaching but you could even turn your droopy eyes into a hailo.

His eyes are bulging, OD would have a really good ROI. look at the image i sent above pointing to the top lid, its pretty bad

“droopy” eyes only could be halo if every single other aspect carries it. Like lorenzo zurzolo. Droopy eyes with rounded features make u look sped.

Procedures for the eyes, hairline, and jawline, would generate the biggest ROI. Nose can be left as is, especially if we base the assessment on the pic with the cap on (nose looks ok there).

My morph is just a rough approximation. Your eyes could look entirely different (and better) after OD. And you could also further correct your eyes with complementary oculoplastic procedures. So don't give the morph too much credence.

The former doesn't seem to achieve convincing results. And the latter won't widen the commissure.
Anyway, his mouth is neither an extreme case nor a priority. He can live with it.

I agree 100%. Im going to get consultation for mse/marpe regardless because i have developed a bad posterior crossbite and have had tmj issues along w mild sleep apnea my whole life (mouth breather.) I know buccal fat removal can also help make my lips appear less narrow, especially since im spic it could help since ik spics and asians tend to have more noticeable buccal fat area. The only scary thing is OD is pretty invasive. You think filler or fat transfer around orbital area would be cope?
