It's clearly not untrained but they have the best genetics as you can see..my friend is blasian and basically mainly Nigerian and he's swole also.

its impossible to get this big natty

most of the ones you see are roided. You need years and years of extreme training to get 20% of the body a roided man gets in 1 year or so. You can maybe get 50-60% of a roided body if you have elite muscle insertion genetics which is very rare. But still smaller than a roided man.

that's why roids are so popular and so overused
