What do yall rate me body+face, been training but not to be very big. just skinny but toned

yeah those forarms really are a pain in the ass they just wont get bigger
Yes forearms are one of the hardest but they pop the most when wearing clothes

I would spam palms up wrist curl and hope for the best also dead hangs etc

Wide clavicle, try growing your shoulder, do lateral using cable, or just use roids for a month, nice definition in the muscle. Talking about face 4.5psl, hmtn

yeah trying but for some reason i dont really gain weight. unless ofcourse i will eat like crazyyy but that isnt enjoyable anymore. and 4.5 is 4.5 out of 10 right? so face is below average?
 
4.5psl is hmtn, use anadrol if u need help in gaining

I dunno, most people hit same muscle group twice a week, do you only feel sore next time you go because you could be leaving some gains on the table if you are going to the gym not recovered

oh yeah all the time, so i should wait for the soreness to be gone

wait at least 48-72 hours for same muscle group or when you don't feel sore

training while sore wont give you max results
