i personally think it’s a bunch of cope, but k shami does have good softmaxx tips but a debloat product is rlly not that useful, as all you need to is drink more water and lose that water

You don't need supplements to debloat, but from a marketing standpoint I think it's smart and see people buying it.

K. Shami has a good reputation and following, and a "debloating powder" (which is basically just a glorified potassium supplements with maybe a few questionable herbs/ingredients) is relatively useful and will do its function, in a way, but it's definitely not a must-have.
