Yeah even tho I dont believe in what he says, his idea its not that. The idea is that hgh boost produced by compound lifts is gonna help u grow wtv ur trying to grow if u learn how to focus on that. So yeah its all pseudoscienceAbsolute pseudoscience
I dont know what he thinks happens after you do a compound lift, but there is nothing that happens that lets you grow bones by laying weight on them.
Also cardio after a lift is anti-catabolic(youll lose muscle due to over training). Wait hours after a lift to do le hecking 5x30s sprints( go on a run like a normal person).
To contextualize from my presumption, he is talking about a study that shows increased bone mass through a lifetime of compound lifts. There is truth to that idea but the compound lift doesnt send bone densification signals to your entire body, it only forces adaptations in the bones of the muscles used. For example squat’s gonna make ur back and leg bones stronger obv, but not you mandible because you dont use your mandible in a squat.
