Speaking from personal experience,yes it has impacted me negatively several times.
My mental health has been fucked up a lot of times because of excessive masturbation and consumption of erotic content.There have been days,where I didn't leave my house,did not spend time with my family,did not go outside to play with my friends only because I wanted to fap in peace.When you are new to it,it casts a spell in your mind and slowly consumes your senses.It has affected my health negatively as well but the worst part is how it takes control of your fucking mind which is not natural/safe at all.
