I have nowhere to show up every day so i sleep whenever i want and wake up whenever i want, no cortisol spiking darkcirclemaxxing alarm for me, i also sleep less cuz im healthy so even less of a need
I did use an alarm once this year since i had to wake up at 4 am tho and just used this so i don't spike my cortisol that much
