I use pictures with minimal warp and measure angles more than length/width in mm-cm

For the length and angles do you use ur phones built in measurement app. Plus for camera distortion do u need like minimum 50mm camera?

Is use 200mm camera from around 2-3meters away from my face and measure it in ratios. So if I have measured my face with a ruler I will make an ratio that fits the pic so for example 1:10 1cm irl is 1mm on my phone
