what do you boyos do for exercise?

need some ideas and suggestions
 
overhead press, lateral raises, neck curls but most importantly roid
 
hiit and progressive/weighted calisthenics and gymnastics style training

rock climb and lift weights. and i would run, but it fucks up my hip.

Is it necessary to roid for a decent physique? I am 6' 1 135 and have been lifting for like a few weeks so far. I am doing primal diet and consooming beef liver like an autist. I am a curry if that matters.
