No, people take up hobbies because they derive enjoyment from them or because it improves their life in some way. The obvious example for hobbies that improve you are things like lifting and running/hiking. But things like making art also improve your life because it’s a healthy way to spend time and brings you joy. You could be doing that too but instead you mald on Bangladeshi incel forums.
