What do you do when your Weight loss plateaued or doesnt go down

i lost 13 pounds so far in a month yet its not even moving anymore on the scale my diet is 1400-1500 atleast 170g of protein and 50g fat and 20-30 carb i do mostly lifting and on some days i do intense cardio

That's really quick weight loss, what was your starting weight? If weights doesn't go down then try to add cardio. Of course it will be hard to move more at such low calories and already having lost 13 lbs. If you can't do it consider eating at maintenance calories for a week and then get back at it with the added cardio.

You have to get the knife out and start cutting away the fat, its the only way. If you grill it up with some garlic and lemon juice its pretty mogger ngl

Well you were not obese at the start so such a quick weight drop is quite drastic. You've basically lost like 8% of your bodyweight in a month, whereas a more reasonable approach would be to lose 2-4% in a month.
 
well , there is dnp of course, but even at lower doses neuropathy seems a possibility.
