I've always had a hard time sleeping, but as of recent, it's been a little bit easier. However, I don't sleep like a baby, but that's the goal.
Here's what I do;
1.) Get into bed by 9:00 PM, no exceptions. I wake up around 6:30-6;45 for school. Fuck school tbh I hate sitting for 6 hours straight
2.) No devices an hour before bed
3.) Most of the time before bed I either meditate, stretch or journal my thoughts. I'm in bed with lights off at 9;30,
Here's what I take b4 bed;
1.) Fenugreek (idk if this works but I heard it can boost testosterone and aide with muscle mass, as well as with sleep
2.) A small dose of magnesium (sometimes.) Sometimes it helps, sometimes I just get diarrhea
What do you guys do before bed, and does it help? Needs to be sort of bluepilled so parents can approve of it so I can incorporate it into my routine without having to worry about ruining my relationship with them.
