You will inevitably lose something unless you are on roids but best you can really do is just try it and eat basically just a ton of protein and vitamins (just so you don't die of scurvy, nutrients are cope anyway tbh) and doing at least some minor exercise as you cut, I think that's how you're supposed to do it at leastThis was me 2 years ago when I starved myself like shit and probably my peak(most aesthetic phase).
